HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?
For the most part, vehicles need to be rented with 24 hours notice. There are absolutely exceptions, so please reach out if you need a car.
WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?
One of the benefits of small business is flexibility. We'll work with you on drop-off and pick-up times and locations to make them as convenient as possible.
DO I NEED RENTAL INSURANCE?
Yes, but the good news is that you may already covered. Many credit cards automatically provide this service. If you have a personal comprehensive auto policy, it is likely that this will cover your trip as well. Glacier Rental Cars LLC provides no insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you are protected by your current insurance or purchase supplemental coverage.
WHERE DO I PICK MY VEHICLE UP?
Glacier Rental Cars LLC offers free pick-up and drop-off at our office, airport, and ferry terminal. Please contact us for other arrangements.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations may be canceled with a 3% credit card processing fee up to 24 hours in advance.
